Rail Tech Project Managers were responsible for the planning and programming of all signalling installation and testing staff, along with all associated plant and materials for TPWS project in the East Anglia Region. TPWS was a national project, East Anglia region was one of the areas delivered on time and to programme.

Since the Hatfield Train Crash, Network Rail embarked on an accelerated programme of rail renewal. Rail Tech Project Managers were placed within rail renewal core teams to expedite a seamless and proficient programme.
