Northampton-Stafford 650v Power Cable Upgrade

For a period of 2 months Rail Tech undertook detailed cable route surveying from Northampton to Stafford producing final reports for Network Rail. Upon report analysis Rail Tech then managed, supervised and planned teams to undertake the roll out of over 25,000 metres of 650v power cable along with preparation, termination and commissioning of the cable during both weekend and midweek possessions. The project involves a daily requirement of 20 staff with a project output of 13,400 hours to date.
